SUMMARY:
Located in a secluded part of the Lido di Marausa
resort, Western Sicily (9km from Trapani) Villa Anna lies just
250m from the Mediterranean Sea. This spacious two-storey family
villa can accommodate up to 10 people in its 4 bedrooms, generous
garden, veranda and roof terrace. There are 3 bathrooms each
with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer,
gas oven, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine and all
the cookware, crockery and cutlery you will need. Bedding and
pillows are also provided. Villa
Anna is set beneath two 36 year old pine trees off a private
driveway that is shared with two other quiet villas, and is
fully furnished inside and out and ready to occupy. You are
a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach Bar and Restaurant and
10-15 minutes walk from the local beaches. There is a TV &
DVD player, a library of DVDs/books/tourist guides, and boardgames.
LAYOUT:
The villa has a three-aspect garden and a roof terrace that
allow you to find peace and quiet from even the biggest family
or group. Garden furniture, seats, sun-loungers and tables are
provided for you to use during your stay. There is ample secured
parking space for two cars and the large garden is landscaped
with a variety of exotic and
indigenous
plants and cacti, wooden cartwheels, palms, pines and benches.
Shaded from the hot sun by pine trees there are areas all
around the garden where you can eat outside. But if you are
determined to sunbathe the side gardena nd roof terrace are
tranquil and private sun-traps. Our outdoor lighting also
means that you can use the veranda, garden and roof terrace
after the sun has gone down. The main bathroom and shower
are inside, with a second on the first floor and a third for
showering after the beach to the rear of the house. The view
from the roof affords you a clear view of Monte San Giuliano
and the Medieval city of Erice across 10km of countryside.
At night, come upstairs to stargaze without any annoying city
lights. The first floor rooms can be used as a granny-annexe
or as an additional bedroom with en-suite. Typically, these
first floor rooms will only be made available to larger groups.
However, all other guests will have full access to the roof
terrace even if the first floor accommodation is not included
in their rental.
