We are a small family business who have been offering our villas as
holiday homes since 1991. In that time, we have hosted over 300 guests
and built up a wealth of experience to help you have one of the best
holidays you will ever have. We guarantee that there are no agents and
the owners are either ourselves, our cousins or our uncles and aunts.
We happily offer these homes to you and care about your holiday experience
and the quality of your accommodation.

We Are Here To Help
We know western Sicily like the back of our hands and can offer an array
of up-to-date suggestions about where to visit and what to experience
that are not covered in most guidebooks. We have put together exclusive
suggested itineraries, maps and documents to help you plan your holiday,
all of which will be made available to you once you book with us. And
when you are there, we can make suggestions, help you shop and plan
routes and find your way around.

History
We have been fully online since 2001 with our own website. In the early
days we never really had a name and it wasn't until about 1998 that
we chose one. It was all rather hastily done during a journey on the
number 5 bus in East London, but it stuck for about 5 years until we
realised that many people couldn't spell 'Sicily', let alone 'Sicilian'
and so were having difficulty with our website address. We opted for
the get2sicily name in 2005, when 100% of our guests were British. Here
we are, five years later, with guests from all over Europe and a company
name that doesn't translate well. Last year we conducted a lot of research
and did 10 years worth of thinking and purchased a new url in the bag
readying ourselves for a full rebrand to address our new pan-European
customer spread. In the coming months we will gradually start rebranding
ourselves with our new name. The g2s tag won't dissappear completely,
but we want to spread our wings a little. In May 2010 we vetted and
added some of our extended family's properties to our online portfolio
to cope with increasing demand.

How We Keep Our Prices Low
Anyway, to keep our rental prices low, we do all our own web stuff,
leaflet and brochure design and customer services. Whilst this means
that we dont necessarily have the fanciest website, it does mean that
we can guarantee 100% control over our customer service experience.
We are passionate about what we do and continue to build relationships
with local Restauranters and windsurfing and diving schools in the area.
We are currently trying to negotiate discount deals for our guests with
some local restaurants and car hire firms. Our prices are clear and
straightforward and we tell you what is included and what will cost
extra. Our prices are ALWAYS very reasonable - so contact us if you
have a serious enquiry.
Are We Green?
We have been environmentally conscious since 1975 and encourage our
guests to use local markets and shops and offset their carbon footprint
in getting there. Every page of our website links to our Sustainability
page which contains a wealth of detail about how Green we are.
